Sweet Time

My first Access Bars® session was gifted to me from my bio-dad, nearly ten years ago. The session was nurturing and like Access Consciousness™ says, it DID feel like I had a great massage. My whole life changed too, but not right away. I took my not-so-sweet time between sessions and then even more time before I chose a class. Nowadays, I don’t “take time” (what a bizarre expression) and I get my Bars® run at least once a week.

Getting my Bars® run has assisted me in letting go of limitations, among other things. I used to have thoughts, feelings and emotions that prevented me from sharing my music, getting up on stage to sing to a crowd, selling my paintings, talking about energies in the body, facilitating a class or becoming a number one best-selling co-author on Amazon. All of these fun things have shown up in my life with tremendous ease, thanks to Access Consciousness™ and its first class, Access Bars®.
